How much does a home elevator cost?

Can an elevator be added to an existing home?
Yes. Most of our installations are retrofits. Shaftless and through-floor designs need as little as 18 square feet, and stacked closets often provide a ready-made shaft location.
How long does installation take?
Site preparation typically takes one to two weeks. Once your elevator arrives, installation usually takes three to five days, followed by state inspection.
How much space does a home elevator need?
Compact shaftless elevators fit in a footprint about the size of a small closet, roughly 4 by 4 feet. Traditional cabs need slightly more, plus a machine space we help you plan for.
Do home elevators require permits in Michigan?
